Websoft Pte Limited is committed to conducting business ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, extortion, facilitation payments, and unethical business practices in any form.

Websoft Pte Limited operates in the ICT sector across Fiji. Our operations include Digital Services, Development, and Consultation. While our operations are largely service-based and low-risk, we remain vigilant to risks in procurement, partnerships, and third-party relationships.

Due Diligence & Risk Management
We apply proportionate due diligence across our operations and supply chains:

- Contractual Controls: Anti-bribery clauses, audit rights, and termination rights for breaches.
- Monitoring: Ongoing reviews of high-risk suppliers and transactions.

Training & Awareness
We train employees and managers to recognise, resist, and report bribery and corruption risks. Training covers:

- Proper handling of gifts, hospitality, and charitable donations

Reporting Concerns
Suspected bribery, corruption, or unethical behaviour can be reported confidentially via our contact page. All reports are investigated fairly and whistleblowers are protected against retaliation.

- Supplier Screening: 100% of high-risk suppliers undergo due diligence checks.
- Incidents & Remediation: All reported cases investigated promptly with corrective actions implemented.
