Our Business & Structure

Websoft Pte Limited operates in the ICT sector across Fiji. Our operations include Digital Services, Development and Consultation. We do not work with external suppliers for any services we provide. We recognise that certain categories (e.g., textiles, electronics, logistics, cleaning, construction) can present higher risk and therefore receive enhanced scrutiny.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct: All suppliers must adhere to labour, health & safety, environmental, and ethical requirements.
  • Whistleblowing Policy: Confidential reporting channels for concerns without retaliation.
  • Recruitment Policy: No recruitment fees; fair contracts; verification of right to work and minimum age.
  • Sanctions for Breach: Corrective action plans, contract suspension, or termination for non-compliance.

Risk Assessment & Due Diligence

We prioritise efforts based on geography, sector, and activity risk factors:

  • Onboarding Screening: Country/sector risk checks, adverse media, and compliance attestations.
  • Contractual Controls: Modern slavery clauses, audit rights, and mandatory remediation obligations.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Periodic re-assessments, supplier questionnaires, and targeted site checks (where proportionate).
  • Corrective Action: Time-bound remediation plans; escalation to suspension or termination if unresolved.

Supplier Expectations

We expect suppliers to:

  • Prohibit forced/compulsory labour, retain no identity documents, and ensure freely chosen employment.
  • Verify minimum working age and comply with all applicable wage and working hour laws.
  • Allow freedom of movement and association, and provide safe, healthy workplaces and accommodation (if provided).
  • Maintain transparent record-keeping and permit independent verification and audits where reasonably requested.

We deliver proportionate training to teams in procurement, operations, and HR. Training covers:

  • Recognising indicators of forced labour and human trafficking

  • How to escalate concerns and preserve confidentiality
