The annual partnership fee covers all strategy, creative, management, and reporting services essentially, our team's time and expertise. It does not include ad platform spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads). That budget is separate, paid directly by you to the platforms, and remains 100% under your control. We manage the accounts on your behalf. This separation means you always own your data, your audiences, and your ad accounts regardless of how our engagement evolves.
We invoice in AUD, NZD, FJD, or USD whichever is most convenient for your business. All fees are exclusive of VAT. A compliant VAT invoice (VAT Reg: 50-57333-0-8) is issued with each payment. Fiji-based businesses will have VAT applied as required by law. International clients outside Fiji are generally zero-rated confirm with your accountant for your specific situation.
Yes it is an absolute limit and one of our most important business decisions. Most agencies take on 30, 50, or 100+ clients simultaneously. The result is junior account managers, templated strategies, and divided attention. We chose a different model. By capping at 5 annual partners, we can dedicate senior-level time, genuinely customised strategy, and real accountability to each engagement. When you partner with Websoft, you are not one of many you are one of five.
The Growth Partner Programme is designed for businesses that have proven their model and are ready to scale. If you're not yet at that point, that's completely fine we still offer project-based work through our standard Websoft services for websites, branding, and digital setups. When your business reaches $500K+ revenue and you're ready for a full-year strategic partnership, apply then. We'd rather be honest about fit than onboard a client who isn't positioned to see strong results.
A typical agency spreads thin across many clients with account managers who follow a template. A freelancer is strong in one area ads, or design, or copy but lacks the full picture. The Growth Partner Programme operates more like a fractional marketing department. You get strategy, execution, and senior oversight across every channel unified. One team, one brief, one direction. No handoffs, no silos, no finger-pointing between a "web team" and an "ads team."
The 12-month commitment is a core part of the programme. Marketing compounds results in month 8 are often built on foundations set in months 2 and 3. Short-term engagements don't allow that compounding to happen, and they would not be fair to either party. We do require a 12-month contract, invoiced quarterly. In the event of genuine exceptional circumstances, we handle these professionally on a case-by-case basis. We've built our programme on long-term trust, not lock-in clauses.

Our existing partnerships span Fiji-based conglomerates, international NGOs, and Pacific exporters. Geography is not a barrier clear communication, shared dashboards, and regular video strategy calls mean location is irrelevant to the quality of work we deliver.
