Discovery & Setup

No. The Shopify Storefront API is available on all Shopify plans - Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. All you need is to install the free Headless channel from the Shopify App Store to generate an API token. That's a one-time, 10-minute setup.
Yes - automatically and in real time. Every time a customer opens a product in the app, it queries Shopify live. Price changes, stock updates, new products, and image changes all reflect immediately. You manage one backend - Shopify - and it flows everywhere.
The app builds the cart natively, then opens Shopify's secure hosted checkout. All payments - credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay - are handled by Shopify directly. You inherit Shopify's payment security, compliance, and conversion optimisation with no extra setup.
Yes. App-only discount codes (e.g. APP20) can be entered at cart or auto-applied. You create and manage these codes in your Shopify admin - no separate system needed. This works on all Shopify plans without Plus.
Home screen banners are managed via Shopify Metafields - a built-in Shopify feature. You advise us when a banner needs to change, and we update it in your Shopify admin. No code changes, no App Store resubmission. Typically done the same day.
Typical delivery is 10–12 weeks from project kickoff to App Store submission. This covers the full build, testing on real devices, and managing the Apple and Google review processes. Apple's review takes 1–3 business days, so we build in buffer time.
Yes - these are paid directly to Apple and Google by you. Apple Developer Program costs USD 99 per year. Google Play Console is a one-time USD 25 fee. We assist with setup of both accounts at no extra charge as part of the project.
We offer an optional monthly management retainer covering banner and content updates, push notification campaigns, bug fixes, minor feature updates, and Shopify API version maintenance. This keeps the app current and performing well long after launch.
